The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location in the Urederra Park offered stunning views of the mountains.

We spent a wonderful weekend in a charming village surrounded by colorful flowers on every street. The spacious and comfortable rooms were perfect for us, especially with the large wheelchair accessible wetroom. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby Urbasa Park and the iridescent blue ponds along the Urederra River. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away.
While it was cheap, we were hoping for something more adventurous and exciting to complement the delightful atmosphere and surroundings of the village. the hotel's swimming pool and jacuzzi were not on site and required use of the local pool, which was not ideal.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Arbizu. the location was amazing. Situated in the beautiful Urederra Park, I had stunning views of the mountains right from my room. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome and attended to all my needs. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. The spread had a great variety to choose from, and I particularly loved the fresh pastries. The attention to detail in the presentation was impressive.
Everything was just perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful natural park and the rooms are modern and comfortable. It is also near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had. We also enjoyed taking walks around the town and admiring the lovely flower boxes that were on display everywhere.
The restaurant menu was quite limited and the food was nothing special. There were not many options for vegetarians, and the quality of the dishes could have been better.

This hotel provides excellent value for money. With prices starting from just €12 for a three-course meal including wine, you can't beat the affordability. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail is commendable. From the picturesque location in the Urederra Park with stunning mountain views to the friendly and helpful staff, every aspect has been well thought out. The basic amenities provided in the spacious and comfortable rooms, including a sofa, add to the overall charm. And let's not forget the breakfast, which is a delightful start to the day.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
